누가 쓰는 앱인가

Personal AI는 소유자 한 사람이 자기 PC에서 직접 실행하는 개인용 앱입니다. 다른 사람의 Google 계정은 연결하지 않습니다.

읽는 정보

• Google 캘린더 일정(읽기, 그리고 소유자가 허용했을 때만 일정 추가)
• Gmail 메일(읽기 전용)
• Google Drive 파일(읽기 전용)

쓰는 목적

소유자의 질문에 답하고, 소유자가 직접 만든 알림·요약(예: 아침 일정 정리, 특정 메일이 오면 알림)을 보내는 데만 씁니다. 광고, 판매, 분석에는 쓰지 않습니다.

저장과 보호

• Google 로그인 토큰은 소유자의 PC에 암호화해 저장합니다. 외부 서버에 올리지 않습니다.
• 메일·파일의 내용은 필요할 때 읽을 뿐 따로 보관하지 않습니다. 소유자가 요청한 답이나 알림 메시지에는 그 요약이 남을 수 있으며, 이 기록도 소유자의 PC에만 있습니다.

다른 곳으로 가는 정보

소유자가 요청한 답이나 요약을 만들기 위해, 해당 내용이 소유자 본인이 가입한 AI 서비스(Anthropic Claude)로 전달될 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 누구에게도 팔거나 공유하지 않습니다.

Google API 데이터 사용

Personal AI가 Google API로 받은 정보의 사용과 다른 앱으로의 전송은 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요건을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 따릅니다.

연결 끊기와 삭제

앱의 설정 > 연결에서 연결을 해제하면 저장된 토큰이 지워지고 Google에도 권한 취소를 요청합니다. Google 계정의 서드파티 연결에서도 언제든 권한을 지울 수 있습니다.

Who uses it

Personal AI is a personal app that a single owner runs on their own PC. It does not connect anyone else's Google account.

Data accessed

• Google Calendar events (read; adding an event only when the owner allows it)
• Gmail messages (read-only)
• Google Drive files (read-only)

How it is used

Only to answer the owner's questions and to send the alerts and summaries the owner set up, such as a morning schedule summary or an alert when a certain email arrives. It is not used for advertising, sale or analytics.

Storage and protection

• Google sign-in tokens are stored encrypted on the owner's PC and are never uploaded to an external server.
• Email and file contents are read when needed and not kept. Answers or alert messages the owner asked for may contain summaries of them; these records stay on the owner's PC.

Sharing

To produce an answer or summary the owner requested, the relevant content may be sent to the AI service the owner subscribes to (Anthropic Claude). It is not sold or shared with anyone else.

Google API data

Personal AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting and deletion

Disconnecting in the app's Settings > Connections deletes the stored tokens and asks Google to revoke access. Access can also be removed at any time under third-party connections in the Google Account.
